A few notes on logistics are below for your reference/planning purposes. Please look for official communications with more information and links to register in the coming months.
- The meeting format will be the same as previous years – full day Thursday 10/7, and half day Friday 10/8 ending by noon. A working lunch is included Thursday. Optional meals together include dinner Thursday and lunch Friday.
- Attendees will be responsible primarily for travel and lodging expenses. We will have a block of rooms reserved for us to book at the discounted group rate.
- There is no fee to attend the actual conference, but you will need to register when the time comes.
- A rental car is not necessary. Since the hotel is located on the River Walk, most things you may need/want should be available close by.
