Notes about confidentiality:
You may send these links to the appropriate staff at your foundation to help you complete the survey for your foundation. Data from other foundations will not be visible as you enter your information.
The data gathered in these surveys is intended for the use of member foundations. The data will be collected into two spreadsheets.
- The Annual Member Survey data will be available on the resource page of our website for all NAUMF members. Members must have login credentials to view. (Compensation questions have been removed from this survey)
- The compensation survey data will ONLY be available to chief executives of member foundations who participate in the survey. The compensation survey data will not be shared with the full NAUMF community. After the deadline, I will send the responses in an email to the chief executives who participate in the survey. Chief executives are asked to use discretion in sharing the information only in ways that are necessary for their work in evaluating performance and discerning the scope of ministry for their foundation.
